From Santa's notes
Tell Santa something they won't believe he knows.
Not a name read off a list. One small, private, specific thing — and the moment your child hears it back.
The whole point
How did Santa know that?
It is the only sentence that matters on Christmas morning. Everything on this desk is arranged to produce it.

The correspondence table
North Pole Archive
Something they can hold afterwards.
A video is watched. Paper is kept. The North Pole Archive is the set of things that survive the morning — written in the same hand, from the same desk, about the same child.
- A personalized letter from Santa
- A Nice List certificate
- A note left on Christmas Eve
- Proof that somebody came

North Pole Archive, $9.99 for one child. Ready in about a minute.
She keeps her first tooth in a matchbox.
The kind of thing that belongs in writing.

North Pole Rescue
Something went wrong. Let Santa explain it.
A present that did not arrive. A house with no chimney. Two homes, or none of them yours this year. These are the questions asked at bedtime on the twenty-third, and they are easier to answer in Santa's own words than in yours.
Available now
North Pole Rescue, $6.99 for one child. Ready in about a minute.
He asked why the sleigh does not melt the snow.
Children are better at questions than we are at answers.

A corner of the workshop
Elf Emergency
It is late and the elf has not moved.
Somebody is awake in ten minutes. You need one idea, one excuse, or one reason the elf stayed exactly where it was — and you need it now, not after reading a blog post about it.
Available now
Elf Emergency, $4.99 for one child. Ready in about a minute.
She named the elf Steven.
Santa notices what a child decides to call things.

The North Pole
Santa keeps more than one kind of note.
The video is where most families start. It is not the only thing being made at this desk — there are letters, certificates, notes left on Christmas Eve, and answers for the nights when something has gone wrong.

How a personalized Santa video works →
His dinosaur is called Pickles.
One small thing, said out loud by the one person who should not know it.
See the magic for yourself.
Meet Oliver. Santa knows about Pickles, the swimming pool, and something rather interesting on his Christmas list.
A sample Santa message, created with fictional details.
Your child's message will be created from the little details you provide.
Names are nice. Details create magic.
Any Santa can read a name off a list. Ours mentions the thing that happened at the swimming pool in July.
She finally swam without her floaties.
Santa knows about the swimming pool.
His dinosaur is called Pickles.
Santa knows the dinosaur by name.
She gave the last cookie to her brother.
Santa knows who got the last cookie.

What arrives
A Christmas message made only for them
Around a minute of Santa, speaking to your child and nobody else.
Their name, out loud
Tell us how to say it and Santa says it properly.
The thing he shouldn't know
Your one specific detail, woven in naturally. This is the moment you're buying.
Something to be proud of
A moment from their year that deserves mentioning at the North Pole.
A word about their Christmas list
Optional. Santa is encouraging, and never promises what's in the sleigh.
A private page and a file to keep
Watch it as often as they ask. Download a copy and it's yours to keep.
We ask for very little, and we keep it that way
This works on small details, not personal data. We never ask for your child's surname, birthday, address, school, or photograph, and we never will.
- A first name and one or two happy details. Nothing more.
- Your video lives on a private link, and we ask search engines not to index it.
- Your child never signs up, logs in, or types anything.
- We'll ask you to confirm you're an adult with permission to make this gift.
Before you ask
How does Santa know?
You tell him. You give us one small, recent, specific thing about your child, and Santa mentions it as though he'd known all along. Your name never comes up in the video.
What should I tell him?
Something small and recent. The swimming badge, the name of the toy that sleeps on their pillow, the day they were kind to their brother. The smaller and more specific it is, the better it lands.
How long does it take?
Your video is prepared automatically after you order, and we email you a private link as soon as it's ready. Occasionally a submission needs a closer look before it can be produced, which takes a little longer.
What if their name is unusual?
Tell us how to say it, spelled out however makes sense to you. Getting the name right matters more to us than anything else on the page.
How old should the child be?
It's written for roughly two to ten. We adjust how Santa speaks depending on the age you choose.
Can I order for more than one child?
Yes. Each child gets their own video with their own details, so nobody has to share.
Will Santa promise the present they asked for?
Never. Santa is warm about the Christmas list and always leaves it to the elves. No child is told something is coming.
What if something isn't right?
If we make an error in your personalized message, we'll put it right. Please review the details you provide carefully before checkout. Changes requested after production will require a new order.
